What we process and why

Contact form: your name, contact details (phone, e-mail or Telegram) and the text of your message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Server logs: truncated IP address, browser type, time and page address. Purpose: security and operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Kept for no more than 30 days.

Traffic statistics: measured with our self-hosted Umami on our own server — no cookies and no identifiers that would follow you across websites. It does not store IP addresses.

Where data is stored and who can access it

Form data is stored in our internal system (CRM) on servers in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany). Our team also receives a notification of each new enquiry (name, contact, message) via Telegram; the operator of that service may process data outside the EU. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for the duration of our correspondence and no longer than 3 years after the last contact if no contract is concluded. Under a contract, data is kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing — just write to info@pellucide.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Cookies and local storage

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. During a single visit the browser remembers where you came from (sessionStorage) so that we know which channel brought an enquiry; nothing is sent anywhere until you submit the form.
