Pricing: websites, CRM, automation and AI
We publish our prices. “From” is the floor below which we cannot do honest work. The exact amount comes after a free 30-minute consultation and is fixed in a one-page quote.

How the price is set
1. A free 30-minute consultation: we listen to how things work for you and tell you what we would do.
2. A one-page quote: exactly what you get, one amount, a deadline and a rule for changes along the way. No open-ended hourly billing.
3. A demo every week: you see working software, not reports. Changes are made along the way, while they are cheap.
4. Code and data belong to you — on your server or ours, as you prefer.
When an off-the-shelf tool is enough
If you are fewer than ten people and your process is standard, an off-the-shelf CRM with a monthly per-user fee is usually cheaper and works straight away. We will say so in the consultation. A custom system pays off when your process is unusual, when systems that do not talk to each other need connecting, or when you do not want to pay for every user every month.
Questions and answers
Why “from” and not an exact price?
Because every project has a different scope. “From” is the floor; the exact amount is fixed in the quote after the free consultation and does not change without your agreement.
Do I pay monthly per user for the CRM?
No. A custom CRM is paid as a project. Hosting and support, if you want them, are agreed separately and listed in the quote.
Who pays for the AI model?
Model usage is billed separately, based on actual use. The quote includes an estimate so you know what to expect.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes — 30 minutes, no obligation. Even if we do not end up working together, you leave with a plan.
Are prices including VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. If VAT applies to a project, the quote says so.
