MVP for your idea
An MVP for your idea: a working first version in weeks
Have an idea for an online service, an internal tool or a new product? We build the first working version in stages: each stage has a fixed price, and after each one you decide whether to continue. It is how we built the systems for our own group of companies.
At a glance
- Who it is for
- Founders and business owners with an idea for an online service, an internal tool or a new product
- How
- in stages: demand test → working prototype → growth
- Price
- a fixed quote for every stage: demand test from €600, prototype from €3,000
- Timeline
- demand test 1–2 weeks, prototype usually 3–6 weeks
- Risk
- you pay stage by stage and decide after each one whether to continue
- Code and data
- yours; hosted on your server or ours
When an MVP makes sense
- You want to find out whether anyone will pay for the idea before investing in full development
- You need a working sample for your first customers, partners or an investor
- An internal tool lives in spreadsheets and you want to test whether the team will actually use it
- Off-the-shelf services do not cover the idea, or would need awkward glue to fit together
Three stages, three decisions
- 1. Demand test — from €600, 1–2 weeks. A landing page with your offer and a form or pre-order. You learn whether people want the product before any development.
- 2. Working prototype — from €3,000, usually 3–6 weeks. The core of the product: sign-in, roles, the main scenario, a database. You see a working part every week.
- 3. Growth driven by first users — automations from €400, AI features from €1,500. We add only what real use shows is needed.
How we keep the risk under control
An MVP will not validate the idea for you — the market will. We shorten the road to a first version and split it so that you never commit to more than one stage. Before each stage you get a fixed one-page quote.
If the demand test shows there is no interest, you have saved the cost of development. You pay for the work stage by stage, and everything created — code, data and design — is yours.
What we have built this way
The Axora Group CRM, the Smart Study online school system and the quiz engine for AXORA Consult were built the same way: a narrow first version in real use first, then extended based on what people actually use. These are our own group’s projects — we show the non-public parts live during the consultation.
When not to build an MVP
- The idea can be tested without code — with a spreadsheet, a form or an off-the-shelf service. We will tell you so at the consultation.
- You do not yet know who the customer is and which problem you solve. Talk to people first, then build.
- You need a large system with dozens of features straight away. That is a project, not an MVP — we will split it into stages.
See it in practice

How much does an MVP cost?
It depends on the stage. A demand test (a landing page with a form) starts at €600, a working prototype at €3,000, further automations at €400 and AI features at €1,500. You get a fixed quote before every stage.
How long does the first version take?
A demand test takes 1–2 weeks. A working prototype usually takes 3–6 weeks, and we show you a working part every week.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. We deploy the system on your server or ours; the source code and the data are yours.
What if the idea does not work out?
You decide again after every stage. If the demand test shows there is no interest, you simply do not order the next stage — you have only paid for the first.
Do you use AI in development?
Yes, we use AI tools in development every day — it is one reason a first version is ready in weeks. A person always reviews the result, and we test it before handover.
