Why Slovak customers need a website in Slovak
A Slovak customer looking for a tradesperson, a salon or a carrier searches in Slovak and trusts a page that is clear and shows the company’s details. A presence only on Instagram, or only in English, loses part of your customers before the first call. The second language is for customers from your own community — and for you, so you can see exactly what you promise.
What your business website must show
If you have a website, § 3a(3) of the Slovak Commercial Code (Obchodný zákonník) requires it to show the same details as your business documents:
- your business name (obchodné meno)
- your place of business or registered office (sídlo)
- your IČO
- the register and entry number: for a živnosť, the trade register of the relevant district office (Okresný úrad); for an s.r.o., the commercial register of the district court with its section (oddiel) and insert (vložka) number
- the legal form — for an s.r.o.
Personal data and e-shops
If your website has a form, you need information on how you process personal data (GDPR). E-shops must also meet the requirements of the Slovak consumer protection act (108/2024 Z. z.) — we check them for your case before work starts.

How much is a website in two languages?
A one-page site in one language starts at €600. The second language is added to a fixed quote before work starts, so you know the price in advance.
Do I have to show my IČO on the website?
Yes. § 3a(3) of the Slovak Commercial Code requires your website to show your business name, place of business, IČO and the register with your entry number — the same details as on your invoices.
I have not opened a živnosť yet. Where do I start?
Start with the živnosť or s.r.o.: without an IČO the website cannot meet the legal requirements. Our sister company AXORA Consult helps with the registration, and we can prepare the website in parallel so it goes live right after.
How long does the launch take?
7 working days after you send a description of your services, your contact details and photos of your work, if you have them.
Can I add a CRM or automation later?
Yes: enquiries from your website, Instagram and WhatsApp in one Telegram group from €400, and a CRM from €3,000 once it is clear what you need.
